No single aid agency or organisation in Australia has the capacity to manage a project such as the UNTL Library Project. There is little capacity in East Timor to respond adequately to unilateral offers of assistance.
A group of individuals and representatives from a variety of organisations and institutions has established the Friends of the UNTL Library Group to assist with coordinating Australian appeal and support efforts. [read more]
