- La'o Hamutuk (Walking Together)
- Joint East Timorese-international organization which monitors & reports on international institutions in Timor Loro Sa'e & the reconstruction efforts. The people of East Timor must be the ultimate decisionmakers in the reconstruction process. La'o Hamutuk seeks to facilitate greater levels of East Timorese participation in the reconstruction and development of the country and serve as a resource center on development issues.
